1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Donation Commission Fee

When making a donation through the Platform, a commission fee of 4% will be applied. The minimum commission fee is 0.15 GEL. Please note that this fee is imposed by the bank, and Kisa only takes additional 0.5% - 2% fee.

3. Withdrawal

Withdrawal of funds from the Platform is subject to a processing fee of 5% of the withdrawal amount, with a minimum fee of 1 GEL. In case of TBC Bank, withdrawal fee increases with additional fixed 1 GEL. Funds will be transferred to the recipient's bank account within a maximum of 2 working days. Please note that the availability of withdrawal services is limited to Bank of Georgia and TBC Bank. Kisa is not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during the withdrawal process.

4. Fee Variability

Withdrawal fees may be subject to change for specific users or during certain events. Users will be notified of any applicable fees before proceeding with the withdrawal. Additionally, withdrawal amounts are rounded up to the nearest lower integer.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, or to violate any laws, regulations, or rules. Users also agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Platform.

6. Modifications to Terms

Kisa reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.

7. Termination

Kisa reserves the right to suspend or terminate users' access to the Platform at any time for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
